My Name is Nkosilathi and I am a disciple in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. I am 39 years old, married, and I have two daughters.

In 2017, I was diagnosed with severe chronic kidney failure and hypertension. Presently, both my kidneys are failing and I am undergoing hemodialysis at Mpilo Central Hospital. A few days ago, the catheter they placed in my heart for dialysis, began to cause me issues and I need to undergo an immediate AV fistula surgery. If I miss a dialysis session, my health suffers greatly so I am humbly requesting your immediate assistance to pay for this urgent surgery.
