Julio and Tania have been married for 14 years and have a 21-year-old daughter. Tânia is a member in the São Gonçalo Church of Christ in Rio de Janeiro. They met at church. However, as soon as the pandemic came, a legal battle began with a health company that withdrew the 24-hour nursing services, claiming that he does not need this service, even though all the patient's weaknesses were verified by his doctor.
Our sister Tania had to use her savings to pay the professionals until the service was restored, but now she no longer has the financial conditions to pay the expenses of the health plan. She went to court and is receiving an amount to pay for the medicines and diapers, which she is already receiving. She reports to the Public Ministry for the respective expenses, but she is no longer able to pay the health plan that is not included in this indemnity amount.
