For 34 years, Michelle has been a faithful member of the Kingston Church of Christ. Her mother, then delving deep into biblical studies, first introduced her to the community. Michelle's dedication has shone through in her diverse roles: from ushering in Children's ministry to leading Bible Talks and supervising the Count Team. Michelle, a woman of unwavering dedication, has spent her life serving others. Her calling initially led her to children's ministry, and later, she found herself contributing to the catering business. Unfortunately, over twelve years ago, hereditary ataxia dealt a cruel blow, severely limiting her mobility and speech. Unable to care for herself anymore, and with her ability to earn income significantly hampered, she even exhausted her savings due to the illness.

Yet, despite these trials, Michelle's spirit remains resolute, her joy undimmed. Her faith and the Church continue to be the steady pillars of her strength. Your help with covering her daily needs, medication, therapy and other essential caregiving support would make a significant difference.

My name is Delia Guadalupe Zatarain Arias. I am 64 years old and have been a disciple of Christ for 20 years. Twelve years ago, I started using orthopedic devices and special shoes because of a physical condition in my legs that required me to go through several surgeries. A few years later, I was diagnosed with scoliosis, which meant that my spine was deformed in an S-shape. I had to wear an orthopedic device from chin to hip that limited my movements, caused sores on my waist, and had to use it for two years.

Recently, I was diagnosed with an infection in my pancreas known as Malta Fever. Now, I need to take pills every day and get a vaccine regularly. Due to my health condition, I had to leave my job and depend on my husband's work. However, now that my husband is retired, the pension he is receiving is not enough to cover our basic needs and my medication. My husband is 69 years old, and it's challenging for him to find a job because of his age. He is planning to work again so that he can provide for both of us. I am reaching out to ETF for financial assistance in covering my medical bills for the next few months. This will help alleviate the burden of my expenses and allow me to focus on improving my health. Thank you for considering my request.

This unexpected calamity has left countless lives impacted, and our brothers and sisters in the affected areas are in desperate need of help.

Janani has been a disciple for more than 20 years. She became a disciple in Chennai and moved to Tirunelveli with her husband, who is also a disciple, seven years ago. Janani currently works as a caretaker at the Home for the Children, which is run by the Hope Foundation. She tirelessly serves 26 boys who live there and are HIV positive. Recently, during heavy rainfall, Janani's house was flooded with water, resulting in severe damage to most of her household appliances, which are now beyond repair. Despite this setback, Janani and her husband remain devoted to their faith and continue to serve their community.

E. Athilakshmi, a faithful disciple for 15 years. She has two children and three of her family members are also disciples. Unfortunately, their home was affected by a recent flood and several household items such as the fridge, washing machine, cot, and mattresses were damaged due to water. Jones Jacob Arulkumar has been a disciple for twelve years and has two other disciples living with him in his house. His father runs a small tea shop, but during a recent flood, he lost his daily income. As a result, his family is struggling to meet their basic needs. Water entered their house during the flood and damaged all of their household items, including their washing machine, cot, mattress, fridge, and bike.

Gopi has been a disciple for 24 years. My name is Hatikariri Muzanamombe. I was baptized on February 10th, 1998, at the Harare Church. My wife, Suellen, was baptized on January 26th, 2002. We got married on March 14th, 2003, and we are blessed with two sons, Terrence (19) and Lawrence (13). I am self-employed and run my own business in the printing industry. Unfortunately, the economic challenges faced in Zimbabwe have made it difficult to earn a steady income, and there are times when money does not come in.

My wife suffers from epilepsy and hypertension. After experiencing her first epilepsy attack in early 2012, she was prescribed medication for both conditions. It has been on and off for all these years, and she has suffered some burns and wounds. Her hands have become too weak to handle things, and she has difficulty feeding herself due to a stroke on her left side. Despite frequent hospital visits, her health has deteriorated to the extent that she is unable to bathe herself. Balancing work and attending to my wife's needs has been challenging. Witnessing Suellen's vibrant spirit trapped in a weakened body is the most immense heartache of my life. The fear in her eyes after a seizure haunts me. But she fights every day with a courage that fills me with awe. Eeach slight movement of her hand, sends a surge of hope through me, only to be dashed by the next setback.

Physiotherapy could be the turning point. The doctor believes it can help her regain control of basic movements, like feeding herself or tending to her hygiene. This wouldn't just ease her physical burden but restore a tiny piece of her independence and dignity. It would mean I could breathe easier while working, and while the kids are at school, knowing she's not alone in her struggle. We've exhausted our savings; every penny we earn goes towards her medication, medical bills, and the kids' education. Yet, we're stuck in a relentless cycle of hope and despair.

Please, Grant our request; give my wife a chance to reclaim a part of her life. Your kindness wouldn't just heal her body; it would mend our broken hearts and fill our home with the echoes of her laughter.

My name is Lucía Marín at 50 years old, I've been blessed with eight years of marriage to a wonderful husband who supports me through every step of life. My journey of faith began 23 years ago in Mexico City. Six years ago, I moved to Monterrey, where we've built a fulfilling life, though not yet filled with the joys of parenthood. Two months ago, I received a cancer diagnosis in my left breast. Since then, we've navigated numerous stages of testing and treatment, starting with mammograms, ultrasounds, and a biopsy that confirmed the malignancy. Thankfully, I was eligible for a modified radical mastectomy of the left breast and lymph node removal, followed by consultations with various specialists to determine the best treatment plan.

Throughout this process, my faith has been a vital source of strength. I've found solace in prayer and trust in God's will and sovereignty. Despite the challenges, I am grateful for the medical benefits provided by my employer, which have helped alleviate the partial financial burden. However, additional expenses have prompted us to seek financial assistance. One final test, the MammaPrint test, will determine whether chemotherapy or medication will be incorporated into my treatment plan. Through it all, we remain steadfast in our faith and belief that God guides us through challenges and never burdens us beyond our capacity. From the depths of our hearts, we thank you for considering our plea. Your kindness will forever be etched in our memories as a beacon of hope during this difficult time.

My name is Maria. I have been a disciple for 18 years and currently serve in the children's ministry. I have been married to a fellow disciple, Mario Vila Garcia, since 2007. We are blessed with two beautiful children- Yaretzi, who is 11 years old, and Liam Jared, who is 6 years old. Both my husband and daughter are actively serving in the Worship ministry.

On January 4th, I became a victim of fraud. An amount of $259,549 was fraudulently withdrawn from my account. I quickly reported the incident to my bank, who provided support by involving the CONDUSEF Government Institution to investigate my case. The fraudsters had called me pretending to be from HSBC Bank and claimed that my data was being hacked. I was given some information that matched my account and account data, which had already been entered through another electronic means. The Bank has already responded stating that I accepted all the operations that were carried out. They advised me to consult a lawyer to help me with the situation, and the lawyer's fees will be approximately around $20,222 pesos. I have been greatly affected by this incident in so many ways. I am finding it difficult to sleep and constantly feel anxious. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, I am unable to hire a lawyer to help me retrieve my money. My husband's earnings are not enough to cover all of our household expenses, especially when we also have to pay for our kids' schooling. I have exhausted all options to resolve the issue with the bank and recover our money. I am reaching out to ETF to seek support for my family so that we can hire a lawyer and start the legal proceedings. This money is important for securing our children's future.
