My name is Susana, I’ve been a disciple for 20 years, and our church has been our family's anchor. My two children, (15) and 12) bring me so much joy. However, our faith is being tested. Despite being a part of the church community, my husband left us for another woman. Since then, he hasn't provided child support, making ends meet incredibly difficult. The biggest blow came from a close relative who employed me in her business and offered us an apartment. Unfortunately, she recently let me go and demanded we vacate the apartment by the month's end, leaving us homeless.
I am deeply worried about my younger son's health. Over the past two years, he has been showing signs of insulin resistance, and despite our efforts to manage his diet, we haven't seen significant improvement based on the advice we received from public health centers. My greatest fear is not being able to provide him with the specialized care he needs, possibly from an endocrinologist. It's overwhelming to see him struggle with this health issue while we are also facing eviction and need to find a new place to live soon. My biggest concern right now is getting him a proper diagnosis from a specialist, but unfortunately, the cost of this specialist visit is beyond our current means. I am reaching out to ETF for financial assistance to secure temporary housing and cover the specialist visit. This support would be a tremendous blessing and would allow me to focus on my son's health and create a stable environment for my family. Thank you for your time and consideration. Any support you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
