Patient Ashiam is a retired teacher and a disciple in the west sector of the Accra church of the International Church of Christ Ghana. Unfortunately, in September, she suffered a stroke that affected her brain and mobility, rendering her cognitively impaired. Her monthly pension benefit is minimal and insufficient to take care of her medical bills. Her daughter and her husband, who support her, earn a bare minimum. She sees her specialist every three months but wishes to be more independent in her movement to regain confidence and feel normal again. She humbly requests financial support to pay for her medical bills, including the cost of her therapy and doctor visits.
