My name is Omar Camacho Guerrero, a 52-year-old member of the Church of Christ in Monterrey, where I was baptized on September 9, 2012. At the beginning of this year, I faced a persistent stomach illness that led to several medical consultations and treatments, but without the desired effect. After a series of tests, doctors detected a duodenal obstruction, preventing my stomach from receiving food or liquids. This obstruction caused a rapid decline in my health, resulting in a weight loss of over 25 kilos, constant vomiting, and severe esophagitis. Through endoscopies and tomographies, a duodenal tumor was diagnosed.
Four months ago, I underwent a pancreaticoduodenectomy, also known as the Whipple procedure. While I'm on the road to recovery, I still require regular checkups, medication, and further tests to monitor the surgery's success and ensure the absence of internal infections or bleeding.
Unfortunately, my current condition prevents me from working and providing for my family. Therefore, I'm humbly reaching out to ETF for financial support to alleviate my medical burden. Your assistance would enable me to sustain the necessary checkups and medications, crucial for my full recovery. Thank you so much and may God Bless you!
