Dear brothers, my name is Maru Gutierrez, I am 75 years old and I am a widow. I was baptized thirty years ago in Mexico City, God in his kindness allowed me to see my children and my husband come to faith, also my grandchildren are disciples of Jesus, I have had the privilege of serving my spiritual family in many ways as a hostess, receiving them at home to have meals, meetings, talks and celebrations. In recent years, I have suffered from cloudy, blurry vision with difficulty see at night and I find it hard to read. I have the diagnosis of cataract in my left eye and I need to have some lab work done before surgery and buy medications and treatment. My brothers and family have supported me but it has not been enough for all the necessary expenses. This is why I am pleading with you, my family in the faith to help pay my expenses of the operation, recovery and medications.
