My name is Cherry Mae Ramos. I am a 35-year-old married woman from Zamboanga City, Mindanao, Philippines, and I have been a member of the ICOC–Zamboanga for one year and nine months. My sister, Catrine Ann, was diagnosed with Stage 3 cervical cancer in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in February 2023. As a result, she returned to the Philippines on August 6, 2024, and is now confined to Zamboanga Peninsula Medical Center (ZAMPEN). My relatives and I have been assisting with her hospital expenses.
